Scope of the Forum

The 13th EUROPEAN SOFC & SOE FORUM will focus on Solid Oxide Technologies: Fuel Cells (SOFC), Electrolysers (SOE) & Membrane Reactors (SOMR). The forum will be the largest European Event in this field. Industry and major groups will present their status and outlook, including the following companies which have presented at previous SOFC, SOE & SOMR editions:

Anan Kasei, AVL, Boeing, Bosal, Bosch Cap Co, Ceraco Ceramic Coating, Ceramatec, Ceramic Powder Technology, CeramTec, Ceres Power, CerPoTech, Convion, EBZ, Elcogen, Fuel Cell Energy/Versa Power, Haldor Topsøe, Hexis/Viessmann, Kerafol, Microsoft, NGK, Nissan, Plansee, Robert, SOLIDpower, Sunfire, Sylfen, ThyssenKrupp, Tokyo Gas

The technical programme will range from fundamental science and new materials, through cell, stack, and system development, to the latest results from commercial deployment. There are also topics covering manufacturing, lifetime, characterisation, modeling and optimisation. Under the title "industrial achievements" product and novel concepts, P2X, chemical processing applications, standardisation, studies and others such as training and education are addressed.

is once again the attractive "Kultur- und Kongresszentrum Luzern" (KKL) on the waterfront of charming Lucerne in the heart of Switzerland.

     from Wednesday, 4 July to Friday, 6 July 

> EXHIBITION for suppliers and solid oxide technology stakeholders 
     open from Tuesday 16:00 h to Friday 12:00 h.

> SPECIAL EVENTS
Grid Service Markets, Power to X, Utilities & ESCO oriented Business,
International Project Meetings, Workshops, Industry Presentations

Onsite registration starts on Tuesday, 16:00 h
followed by the Welcome Reception from 18:00 to 19:00 h (see EFCF Events).

The Forum is known for its relaxed atmosphere, good food services, and attractive side events. It is the perfect place to network. All participants will receive the Electronic Proceedings at the time of registration. Social gatherings such as the "Swiss Surprise", or the "Dinner on the Lake" on board beautifully restored paddle wheel steamers create excellent opportunities for networking and making new friends.
