For your hotel reservation please use the on-line registration option which is open. Credit cards are needed to reserve your hotel room, but hotel bills are paid directly at the hotel prior to your departure from Lucerne. 

All on-line hotel bookings made by 15 May and pre-paid by credit card via Bucher Travel will get an early booking discount of 5% on the room rate (excl. taxes).
The participant may choose the credit card option in the on-line booking / registration form.

Pre-paid hotel bookings are non-refundable.
