Login (see right, evt. you must jump back to EFCF Lib) and the available ISBN proceedings became automatically visible, when you press a corresponding year. In case you have questions please see the FAQ/Library or send an email to forum@efcf.com, 

B. ...do NOT have an EFCF account:
Please fill in your contact data (see below) and confirm by pressing
the link in the email sent to you after submitting the contact data. Afterwards
login, and proceed as above (A.).
